Well we see it every week on this truly special trip. The Backcountry Belly Boating Trip is like nothing most fly fisherman and GUIDES have ever seen. No one will believe what they are seeing as they hike back into one of these remote lakes and before you know it belly boats are inflated and fly fishing commences. And how is the fishing? Well, lets just say it is worth the hike!

The Details:

• For Hiking Trips - you MUST be able to carry a 35 lb pack
• Trip Includes: fishing gear, flies, and belly boat rental
• ​​A one day fishing license is required for anyone 16+ years of age (available at our desk or save time and buy online now)
• All trips have a minimum of 2 people
• Trip is for ages 12 and older only (younger may only attend with guide approval)
• Transportation may be included (see desk)
• ​Trips are for all skill levels (beginner to expert)
  
• You must have someone sign up for the trip - either over the phone, email or in person.  
• ​ What to bring: extra set of clothes (pants, sweatshirt, and socks), raingear (poncho or waterproof jacket), sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, tip for the guide, and water, lunch / snacks.

Private Belly Boating Options

If you cannot find a pre-set trip that works for you it is possible to set up a private Belly Boat outing.  The cost for a Private Belly Boat trip is based on the All-Day Private Trip​ rate and includes all gear for the trip.
